Rotational Molding
We succeeded in designing and developing a large electric rotational molding furnace, a first in the industry.
We can produce large products over 50 cm in length (a size that does not fit in a slush molding oven) and shapes that are impossible with slush molding. Our own factory houses an electric rotational molding furnace, the first of its kind in the industry, allowing us to make products larger than equipment of existing designs can handle.

Cooling time and the way pieces are pulled out differ from day to day, but with 60 years of experience in this work, we can make anything. While many factories use propane gas, Obitsu Plastic Manufacturing uses its own eco-friendly electric machines, and that is only possible because we know every mechanism and quirk of the gears, chains, and other parts.
