Regarding the Sale of Products Using OBQP® (OBITSUKEWPIE), and the Handling of OBQP®

We have recently received inquiries from many customers regarding the handling of OBQP® (OBITSUKEWPIE), so we would like to answer them here.
Regarding the sale of works made using OBQP®
OBQP® is designed so that customers can freely customize and enjoy it.
For this reason, we are not involved in how customers use OBQP® after purchase, including the sale of costumes and custom parts made to fit OBQP®, or the posting of photographs featuring OBQP® as a model. Please carry out these activities at your own responsibility.
We are also not involved in matters involving third-party copyrights or character licensing rights.
When selling at events, through personal mail order, or posting images on social media, we would appreciate it if you could note "© Obitsu Plastic Manufacturing" or "OBQP®" somewhere, such as on the product packaging.
May I photograph OBQP® and trace it for my own illustrations or manga?
We ask that you refrain from tracing (copying exactly) it as "OBQP®." The same applies to the small accessory items we sell.
