Assembly
In our own factory, staff with specialized knowledge take responsibility for every single piece of work.
In particular, assembling soft vinyl products requires knowledge and experience, such as trimming flash and adjusting the “fit” of joined parts. Based on our long-accumulated know-how, we set up an assembly line suited to each product.
STAFF COMMENT
To get a beautiful finish, I trim flash carefully yet quickly, paying close attention to the angle as well. I assemble so that the coloring does not peel and the product is not scratched, and I aim to deliver good products that satisfy not only the customer but also myself.
