Research & Development and Other Production

We conduct research every day into all aspects of our business, starting with molding and coloring. In molding, we developed a special jig that makes “multicolor marble molding” possible. (Marble molding is generally limited to two colors, but we mold with three or four colors of material fed in at the same time. Patent pending.) We are also developing eco-friendly soft vinyl materials and working on research and development of new and innovative soft vinyl products.

Beyond dolls and toys, we also make practical items such as fishing lures, nail hands (for practice in nail salons), and heel caps (caps that reduce the sound of walking in heels). We can also work with materials other than soft vinyl, such as plastic plates used as parts for dolls and figures and metal-processed magnets, so please contact us.
